In all orders shipping costs are free for both Spain and foreign countries. The delivery time varies depending on the quickness of the factory to prepare the order and of the carrier to deliver it at home, that’s why we give an approximate but not exact delivery time.
Within 7 days of having placed your order we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to send you your tracking number with which you will have the possibility to check
the status of your order.
Please keep in mind that:
- The order will leave the factory within 4-5 working days of placing your order, as
long as the material is available in the factory and there is no stock error. In case of incident we will contact you for modification or cancellation of the order. - Within the delivery times, it is necessary to take into account the local holidays
where our warehouse is located, and the holidays of the town where the order is received, since on those days there will be no delivery. - All deliveries will be made by hand if you are at home. Otherwise there is the possibility that your order will be left in the mailbox, if the size of the mailbox

Personalized textile garments with textile vinyl require basic maintenance to extend the durability of the garment. Just follow a few simple tips:
- Wash the garment in cold water in a delicate program and inside out to avoid rubbing in the washing machine.
- Do not use bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Hang inside out, avoiding prolonged exposure of the vinyl to the sun.
- Exchanges and returns will only be accepted when no more than 14 calendar days have elapsed since the order was delivered.
- Returns of any item will be refunded through the same payment method used when placing the order.
- We remind you that it is not possible to return items with personalized bibs.
- You are responsible for the return of your package. The return of the package will be at your expense and you will have to pay the shipping costs.
- Returns will only be accepted if we receive the order in its original packaging, with its label and without signs of having been used.
