We hope to please all of our customers, but if you wish to return an item, please read the following instructions carefully:

• Exchanges and returns will only be accepted when no more than 14 calendar days have elapsed since the order was delivered.
• Returns of any item will be refunded through the same payment method used when placing the order.
• We remind you that it is not possible to return items with personalized bibs.
• You are responsible for the return of your package. The return of the package will be at your expense and you will have to pay the shipping costs.
• Returns will only be accepted if we receive the order in its original packaging, with its label and without signs of having been used.

If you fulfill and agree with the previous conditions, you must contact Sport Palace indicating the reference of the order to be returned. We will then arrange for the collection of the products.

When your return is registered in our warehouse, we will process the return and refund your money as soon as possible.
